Two wineries I have no knowledge of..
What's your opinion of
Bonneau Petite Sirah 2009
and
Frank Family Zinfandel 2011
I had steak at Ruth's Chris last night, went for Zin and chose
Ridge Lytton Springs 2012 because I know and like Ridge but the waiter was recommending the Frank Family.
Cheers from VA

Never heard of either. Ridge is always such a good choice!

I have not tried the Frank Family Zin but their Cabernet is very nice, at least from 2007.

My daughter gave me some lovely wines for my birthday, including a bottle of Frank Family Zin..not opened as yet.and no prior experience with their wines..If we serve it on Turkey day, will post notes.
