Zahel DAC: Wiener GemischterSatz (trocken; 12%; EB; www.Zahel.At; www.WineMonger.com; GrunerVeltliner/Riesling/Weissburgunder/Grauburgunder/Traminer) Vienna 2013: Light gold color; strong earthy/mineral/chalky/perfumed talc bright floral/apple blossom slight metallic/grapefruity lovely nose; fairly tart/lean/tangy some metallic/mineral/chalky/grapefruity light floral/apple blossom bit complex flavor; very long/lingering tangy/metallic/grapefruity light floral/apple blossom bit complex/mineral finish; quite a lovely example of GS. $19.00 (AmsterdamWineCo)

1. I first got interested in GS when MatRorick/Forlorn-Hope released his first American version. Whilst in Wien a few weeks ago, I tried as many GS's as I could find, some 8-10. This was right up there w/ the best. My favorite is still the IngridGroiss.
