2000 Domaine Weinbach Riesling Cuvée Ste. Catherine - France, Alsace (10/3/2015)Just about perfect maturity here, with peach fruit, subtle spice notes and just a touch of sweetness over the richness of the wine. The depth is impressive, and results in a very long finish. Quite fine right now.
