1: 2012 Knapp, Cayuga Lake, Dry Gewurztraminer. A very nice Gewurz that we enjoyed with sautéed Maryland Crab Cakes. We liked it so much that unusual for us we finished it in one sitting. Excellent!
2: 2010 Tobin James, James Gang Reserve, Paso Robles, Cabernet Franc. An absolutely delicious wine with fairly low alcohol for TJ (14.2%). We drank it over two nights with charcoal grilled marinated steak the first, and broiled loin lamb chops the second. Matched great with both.
