I'm pretty sure I start small. Sounds like one of those things that really didn't require "research".

Mmm, big gulps. :lol:

I'm a little surprised that the study didn't say more about retronasal effects, though. When wine is in our mouths, an awful lot of aroma is shooting up the resonasal passage behind our palate, so we're really smelling it again in a more internal and direct way. "Taste" is really secondary.

Thanks for posting, though, JB. Interesting study. (Mary and I call those "duh studies" because, when you read the results, you go, "Well, duh." :mrgreen:
