2008 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese "Anrecht" - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (9/23/2015)Popped and poured, and it showed great. Lots of ripe fruit with excellent balance from the vibrant acids. Just barely a hint of development, with a touch of back end creaminess. Overall still very young. Delicious Riesling that is doing very well under screw cap.

What years did they use screwcap? I see the '12 and '13 are cork. CT says I have a '08 somewhere - thanks for note

I think it was through '11, but I am not sure. I did not buy the wine much, as I went with other Selbach bottlings due to my fascination with the Zeltinger Schlossberg.
