New Orleans; 3 days, 5 Provencal Roses

The Rapture is nearly here.

We've finally reached a state of civilization and culture where I can spend three days in New Orleans and have five different Provencal roses!

1. Wine-by-the glass, didn't get the name, but it was Provence and it was quite nice.
2. Jean-Luc Colombo Cape Bleue Rose'. With BBQ shrimp and grits, very tasty.
3. At Bar Vin on Bienville (wine bar), a Bieler et Fils Rose'. Exceptionally good, and pretty as well. Water pale pink/salmon.
4. Domaine d'Astros IGP Maures (they also do a Cotes de Provence). With scallops and halibuts, perfection.
5. At Patois, a superb Uptown restaurant, shrimp and scallops, Commanderie de la Bargemone, Coteaux d'Aix en Provence.

Next goal: a Bandol Rose' on every wine list

I was hoping for a compendium of your classic cocktail adventures.
