2001 Trimbach Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile 375eme Anniversaire - France, Alsace (8/19/2015)Opened this based on a
very positive note from Dale Williams, and it did not disappoint. Rich, peachy, slightly spicy and with a long, lingering finish. The depth of flavor is impressive. Overall it is more opulent than the typical CFE, going about half way to the VT weight, but without the sweetness. Delicious.
