WTN: 2007 Pelee Island Vidal Icewine (VQA Pelee Island)

8.5% alc./vol. Golden amber colour. Aromas of sweet pineapple, raisins, fruit sugar, apricots, chutney, and a slight whiff of VA to give it all a nice lift. Some honey as well. Bright, crisp, clear, laser-like acidity, with plenty of stone fruit following—peach, pear, apricot, and papaya, too. There is a heavy tropical-fruit note adding heft to this nose, which is delightful. Persimmons, papaya and guava notes add to the mix. The palate is dense and crisp at the same time—a lovely, complex wine, in the best tradition of Vidal dessert wine. Passion fruit and raisins fill out the finish. Good stuff.

I don't think I've had a Vidal ice wine with that much age. Sounds nice!
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.
