I have a single bottle of both 2010 Smith-Madrone Estate Chardonnay and a Smith-Madrone 2012 Riesling also. I have read that their wines can be austere in their youth and was wondering if I should put 5 or more years of cellar age on them.. Anyone have an opinion about this idea?
