WTN: Rosé week, 2014 Littorai Pinot Noir Vin Gris

Lots of color to this rosé, nearly into the lighter red category. I've had Trousseau with less color. The fruit veers more towards pomegranate and raspberry, with some tart accents on the finish that keep it from going over the top. This is not a classic summer-sipper style rosé, but it is very good wine that suits lighter fare.

Cool. I'm a bit Littorai fan, but never seen rose. Retail or from winery?

Direct from the winery. Helped keep my average bottle cost down a bit from the spring mailer. Good stuff.
