Opened this tonight with porterhouse steak to see how these were evolving. Not at full maturity but getting there. Lots of black currant flavors with still a bit of tannins that do not fully resolve. Deep purple with NO bricking at the edges, I'll give my remaining bottles 5 years if I can but the maturity plateau is probably 10-15 yrs. past that. 15.1 % abv
