Vollenweider Spätlese Portz 2005

by Fredrik L » Sun Jul 19, 2015 5:35 am

We discussed this vintage recently and opening this one proved that we were right. If anything it has grown more intense with saffron notes, mango and maracuja. Anyone waiting for finesse keep your hands off, this has loads of baby fat. Will ten more years suffice? Honestly, I do not think so.

Greetings from Sweden / Fredrik L

Thanks. I think I was part of that conversation. Duly noted.

Looking forward to the future!
