It's the first Koshu I've drunk with a meal, though I attended a tutored tasting of Koshus last year. Though there were subtle differences between the wines, I thought they were all mostly neutral. Or maybe my palate is not sophisticated enough.

This wine was not unpleasant, because there was nothing to dislike. Dry and neutral, clean and refreshing but flavous so subtle its hard to say what they are.
