NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

Hello! My fathers birthday is in 2 days, and i have decided to get him red wine as a gift since he loves them so much. Please tell me what kind of delicious red wine i should purchase. Preferably around 80-100$. Thanks a lot.

Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon if he likes big, California style wines.

Or ask at the wine shop for a Brunello (that's an Italian red) if he's not as fond of California.

David's reccomendations are good, but it will all depend on what's available where you shop as the wine world is huge and in the price range you're asking about, no two shops will have all the same things in stock. You need a good independent wine shop--where are you? Maybe one of us will be familiar with your area and can recommend one. Whatever you do, stay away from places like BevMo who basically cater to the lower end--at least in my area, they do.
