New Pinot showed up at TJ's this week:
1. SantaBarbaraLanding PinotNoir SBC (13.8%) SantaBarbaraLanding/Sonoma 2013: Med.light color; pleasant enough simple cherry/PN slight earthy nose; tart/thin/lean/eviscerated light cherry/PN simple flavor w/ light very hard/bitey/astringent tannins; very short simple/cherry/PN very tart/lean finish w/ light/bitter tannins; a Pinot w/ absolutely no redeeming features other than the price. $7.00 (TJ)

Forewarned! And, FWIW, not long ago someone served me that label's chardonnay. Simple, chemical candy, blah.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
