1. I really wanted to like this wine as stuff from TheSortingTable are generally pretty good. Frmtd for 29 days in cement tanks w/ daily punch-downs and aged several months in large Fr.oak ovals. "Made in an earlier-drinking style". It had a pretty Nebb nose that I liked but it was excruciatingly hard on the palate, even w/ food. Just couldn't bring myself to drink much of it. It would be laughed off the table at any of our NEB get-togethers. Breathed in the btl for over 8 hrs...to no avail.
