2012 Simonnet-Febvre Chablis - France, Burgundy, Chablis (5/22/2015)By the glass pour
Effusive aromas of citrus fruit jumped out of the glass. On the palate there was a mix of citrus and apple fruit, as well as good baseline acids. This was a very crisp wine that was a good value for the money. I would be happy drinking this at just about any time.
