2011 Selbach-Oster Pinot Blanc - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (5/15/2015)
This is a surprisingly crisp and refreshing wine, considering 2011 was generally lower in acidity in the Mosel. It says "dry" on the label, though I suspect that it's close to the high end of the dry scale. It has lots of pear and peach skin elements in the aromatics, and they carry through to the palate. The finish is decidedly zippy. It's a good quaffer for a good price.
