Lobster dinner with my folks...

Pierre Péters Brut Réserve
2012 disgorgement that I am pretty sure was 2007 base. Very precise, focused, lemony and with great cut.

2012 Ceritas Chardonnay Pinnacle Vineyard (SCM)
The still white version of the Champagne. Lots of bright, lemony fruit, very linear. Would prefer to revisit in 3 or 4 years, but a very good contrast to the buttery lobster.

2008 Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay
First bottle was corked, so this was served a bit warm. Spicy, fruity and very delicious. More of a companion to the lobster than the contrast of the Ceritas.

A very fine set of wines.
