It's Mothers' Day in North America. Happy Mothers' Day to all the Moms out there. Chat stops for no one, not even Mom. Here are the times when the fun gets started: at 4 p.m. Eastern Time; 3 p.m. Central Time; 2 p.m. Mountain Time; 1 p.m. Pacific Time; 9 p.m. in the U.K; 10 p.m. in Italy, France, Germany, and Sweden; 11 p.m. in Finland and Israel; 7 a.m. Monday in Sydney and environs; and 9 a.m. Monday in New Zealand. I believe these are all corrected for standard time changes. If I am off, let me know. Please let me know when the tim!e changes your neck of the woods so I remember to make the appropriate changes.

Can't make it today. Wine group tasting (rose') this afternoon, and dinner with my son after.

Have a nice dinner with your son. I was given a long-stemmed red rose at church this morning even though I am not a mother. Also, the Brotherhood of St. Andrew made breakfast for everyone--French toast, blueberry pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were enormous; I couldn't finish mine.
