2012 Schäfer-Fröhlich Bockenauer Felseneck Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Nahe (5/2/2015)Excellent kabinett that is really more of a moderately rich spätlese, but has great balance so that the sweetness is completely cleaned up by the mid palate and the wine finishes nearly dry. The acidity makes it a good match with rich, flavorful foods, and there is lots of room for development over the medium to long term.
