WTN: Lovely Beringer Red

I had a previous bottle of this wine, the 2010 Beringer Quantum Red, and thought it needed much more time. It did. I opened another at noon today in a wide-mouth crafe and started to consume at 7:00 and what a fantastic difference it made. This wine was VERY tannin-resolved with lots of mellow abundant cassis and black raspberry flavors with great acid balance. The blend is 75% CS , 10% merlot, 7%CF, 5 % PS and 3% PV. I'll buy a case or more if seen on discount or maybe if not.
