Valpolicella and Dalmatia in July

Hi Wine Lovers. I am visiting Valpolicella area and Dalmatian Coast in July. I would really appreciate information on any useful links, wineries to visit and even the best wine stores that you may have information on. Thanks in advance. Jim from Melbourne, Australia.

Being more familiar with the east side of the Adriatic than the west, it may be hard to fine a "wine store" per se. In those regions you just go into a store or restaurant and ask for wine with your food.
