Rheingau.
Light-weight, slightly effervecent in the mouth, sweet, orange, light lemon and green apples.
Good acidity and green apples on the finish.
Very simple, but enjoyable.

This is just generic Rheingau? I really liked the Rudesheimer Klosterlay.

Yup. Bought it on sale for about $10 (Canadian) and I got what I paid for.
