NEB#5 Nebbiolo Tasting

As part of the NEB#5 gathering in a few weeks, there will be a tasting of US Nebbs for the public on April 4. For folks in the BayArea, it is a golden opportunity to taste what they're doing.

For over 5 years now, there has been a small group of winemakers who are passionate, against all odds, of producing world-class Nebbiolo in the USofA. Their organization is called NEB (Nebbiolo Enthusiasts & Believers). They have made remarkable progress over the years thru this collaboration.
As part of this year's NEB#5 gathering, there will be a tasting of some of the member's Nebbiolos, open to the public, at the Domenico Winery. It is a rare opportunity to see what Nebbiolo can do in the USofA and put the Piemontese on notice.
There will be a $10 fee to cover costs of this tasting.

Full disclosure: I've followed this group from the very start and work w/ them a bit to help organize this event. My only benefit from this effort is to revel in the crap all the Barolo/Barbaresco fans give me over this quixotic adventure.
