NV H. Billiot Fils Champagne Grand Cru Brut Rosé - France, Champagne, Ambonnay, Champagne (1/31/2015)June 2009 disgorgement. Lots of strawberry and cherry fruit, as well as a healthy dose of wheat toast. It's like breakfast with bubbles. Delicious!
NV L. Aubry Fils Champagne Brut - France, Champagne (1/31/2015)June 2010 disgorgement, and drinking very well with some emerging toast to complement the fruit. Easy, still quite fresh and lots of fun to drink.
