TN: 2011 Sigalas Assyrtiko-Athiri Cyclades Santorini.

Composite cork, 13.5% alc, my second bottle. Previous bottle tasted 2 yrs ago was quite impressive.
Here, we have a light golden color with some brownish tinges. Citrus, minerality on the nose, seems to lack some depth on initial entry and maybe should have drunk up earlier? It has good acidity and hint of some salt. Dry style with pear and melon tones. Lacking some crispness and did not fall apart overnight. Will have to look out for new vintage out there.
