Tried this white last night:
1. Darting Blanc de Noir Pfalz (Pradikatswein, Kabinett/Trocken; 12.5%; A.P.Nr. 5 160 346 011 09; EB/Gutsabfullung; TerryTheiseSlctn) BadDurkheim 2008: Med.dark bronze/gold color; strong fragrant/honeyed/spicy/nutmeg/mango/pineapple some earthy rather interesting/attractive nose; fairly tart/rich/lush some stony/earthy/chalky slightly off-dry (.5%-.8%??) strong mango/nutmeg/pineapple/floral bit metallic/tangy flavor w/ little tannins; med. off-dry fairly rich/lush some nutmeg/mango/pineapple bit earthy/tangy/stony/chalky finish w/ light tannic bite; a rather pleasant/interesting white but just that.
