Alain Graillot Crozes-Hermitage 2012
13% abv

Savory, gamy and refreshing instead of dense, concentrated and sweet. It is fleshy but not sweet. Bracing. Much more to my taste than other recent, more lauded vintages of this wine. Attractive and moreish.
I don't drink wine because of religious reasons ... only for other reasons.

Graillot makes a very drinkable Crozes. I think I have a bottle of the 2009 downstairs...somewhere.

We had a bottle of 2000 a few weeks ago. It's amazing how well it has aged, it's still very vivid and fresh, with no signs of heading downhill.
