Tonite I needed something crisp and refreshing even though its minus 30 outside. What the heck!

2013 Wild Goose Autumn Gold, VQA Okanagan Valley BC.

$20 Cdn (disc), SC, 12% alc, equal parts of Riesling, Gewurz and P Blanc. I served quite chilled and went well with pot-stickers and teriyaki sauce.

Medium straw in color, nice reflections here. Some spice on the nose with apple, peach tones. "Some citrus here..floral" from across the table.
Initial entry is some sweetness, light to medium bodied, good length. Crisp fruits..apricot, peach. Good balance of riesling and gewurz but maybe could use tad more acidity? "Lycee" note from fellow taster.
Like most wines from Wild Goose, over priced but this was discounted :) .
