Opened this singleton tonight with chicken pasta casserole. Burgundy lovers should really like this one and the label indicates this. Lots of acid and muted pear flavors and nose as opposed to a tropical fruit bomb I was hoping for. Lemon fruit with great balance. I enjoyed this but for less than this price I can buy a Beringer PR Chard. that will really rock my world. abv of %14 and semi-viscous

You were hoping for a tropical fruit bomb?
