2009 En Truffiere Meursault; pale straw color with nice nose and palate of poached pear, semi-viscous with lots of acidity, almost too much. I have little experience with white Burgundy but I think this wine could use another 5-8 years in the cellar.

2006 Anderson's Conn Valley Res. Cabernet Sauvignon; This wine is still on the young side showing only primary cabernet fruit but the tannins are somewhat resolved. I will open my next one in 5 years if possible. Lots of plum and cassis fruit.
15.1% abv but NOT hot at all.
