2002 Ridge Petite Sirah Lytton Estate - USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley (12/9/2014)12 year old wine or two year old wine? It's hard to tell.this stuff is dark purple, and shows tons of black fruit. There is still matching tannin, so no hurry to drink these if you have them. Certainly gives me reason to bury my 2010 and 2011 Lytton Estate PS bottles.

Yup, David.....probably pretty much where I'd expect this wine to be. I suspect ir was showing quite a bit of oak as well??

Not a large amount. It actually faded away after the first 20 minutes or so.
