Tried this last night:
1. Ridge Calif Zin LyttonSprings/DryCreek/SonomaCnty (80% Zin/10% PS/6% Carignan/4% Grenache; 13.8%; 60% NortonRanch/40% ValleyVistaVnyd; Bttld: March 92; Drk: 2/92-2/97-2/98: PD) 1990: Dark color w/ some browning; bit musty/tired/old Zin/cedary some smokey/Am.oak/vanilla/DraperPerfume some light/Zinberry/blackberry/licorice complex nose; fairly tart light/spicy/Zinberry/blackberry/Zin some vanilla/smokey/Am.oak bit dried out complex flavor w/ light dried-out tannins; long some spicy/Zinberry/dusty/OV/blackberry rather pencilly/cedary/Am.oak/vanilla complex finish w/ light/astringent/tired tannins; still offers up some pleasure but clearly slipping away.

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. The ValleyVistaVnyd is now what is referred to as LyttonEast, the very old part of LS. NortonRanch is now known as LyttonWest.
