2008 Quinta do Noval Porto Late Bottled Vintage - Portugal, Douro, Porto (11/14/2014)Served on a long-haul flight, so not the most definitive note, but this was enjoyable for dark red fruit, spice and a medium weight palate. There was a bit of heat on the finish, but that subsided on my second pour about 45 minutes after the bottle was initially opened. Nice wine if not a profound drink.
