WTN: Two French Whites...(short/boring)

Tried these two over the weekend:
1. Dom.de Gournier Viognier IGP: Cevennes (MeBaD; 14%; RobertKacherSlctns) SainteAnastasie 2013: Light gold color; quite pretty bright/pear/Viog/appley/spicy/quince slight stony rather attractive nose; fairly tart/lean some stony bright/pear/Viog/quince/juicy rather low-key/subdued rather pretty flavor; med.long appley/quince/juicy/pear/Viog light stony/chalky finish; quite a pretty/juicy Viog at a great price; like biting into a fresh pear; doesn't seem like 14%; not as lean/eviscerated as most Pays d'Oc Viogs. $13.00 (AV)

2. Ch.Val d'Arenc AC: Bandol (13%; 40% Clairette/40% Bourboulenc/20% Sauvignon) LeBeausset/Var 2013: Light gold color; quite fragrant/perfumed cheap hair oil/Vitalis/BrylCreme almost Muscat-like/floral/JuicyFruit gum/spicy some stony/mineral rather exotic nose; somewhat soft/fat slight metallic/tangy light floral/cheap hair oil/Vitalis rather weak/watery/pinched/vapid flavor; very short soft/fat/thin slight tangy/metallic very light cheap hair oil/Muscat-like/Vitalis finish; a rather interesting/unusual/perfumed nose that promises a lot but delivers little on the palate. $24.00 (KK)

A wee BP:
1. Cevennes is a small IGP bettween Avignon & Nimes to the East of the Rhone.
