2000 Trimbach Gewurztraminer Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre - France, Alsace, Alsace AOC (10/25/2014)Fan-freaking-tastic! Spice, lychee, roses and a hint of tropical fruit make this textbook Gewürztraminer. It has a subtle sweetness that only enhances the flavors, and adds more depth. This is truly outstanding, and drinking so well right now that I considered opening a second bottle. Just a wow wine tonight.

I always enjoy the SdR, but apparently missed the 2000 (but still have some 2001s). Thanks for notes
