2007 Betz Family Clos de Betz - USA, Washington, Columbia Valley (10/18/2014)
This was a very enjoyable bottle of wine. While richer than my normal fare, it was quite well balanced, with ripe fruit that never went over the top, and elegant, soft framing tannins. It was an excellent match with beef roast, complimenting the the food as a partner. Well done.

The Clos de Betz is a very nice wine, probably not as big in most vintages as it would have been in 07, but this is a nice time to drink that wine.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
