1999 Bruder Dr. Becker Scheurebe Auslese Dienheimer Tafelstein from 500 ml. bottle and 11.5% abv. This oldish dessert wine was in great shape with medium/dark amber color and nose and palate of abundant peach and apricot . Acidity was good and cork was saturated but intact and clean. Could have benifited from a tad more acidity but that is just nit-picking. Very enjoyable and a Terry Theise Selection

Nice.
1999 was a generally acid deficient year. Lots of boring wines. Glad you enjoyed yours.
