Very nice wine with smoked ribs!
Lithe on the tongue, but with some tannic kick. Certainly has the blueberry notes expeced with PS, but there was a strong savory edge to this wine that really kicked it up for me. Lovely wine....a worthy replacement for the badly corked Signorello 2008 Meta that went down the sink.
