Had this on Tuesday with some bluefish that I caught Monday in Cape Cod Bay. On the nose Herbs de Provence, licorice, cedar and ripe berry fruit. On the palate lots of ripe berry fruit. Very long and concentrated. I liked this a lot. I think it should drink well for a long time.
