Unless your cellar is warmer than mine, hands off of the 2002 Chevillon NSG Roncieres. It is wonderful in its completeness and yet totally inscrutable.

Thanks. Though my cellar is warmer than yours, I'll keep hands off. I find some 2002s quite open, and other tight/dense.

I grabbed this one because I had heard 2002s were somewhat open. Oh well.

I have the 2007 and the 2008. Wish I did have the 2002.

The 2007 might come around in your lifetime. The 2008 maybe not. I base my assessment of the 2007 on some 2000 Chevillons which have been drinking well for quite a while now.
