The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand

I had a glass of this with a tuna salad sandwich and onion rings at Nantucket Grill and Bar (not sure if this was the Chapel Hill location or the Durham location as they are both off I-40 not that far apart.) The wine was a darker straw color and very crisp and refreshing on the palate. It was quite acidic with faint lemon and grapefruit notes. It retails for around $15 a bottle but was quite expensive by the glass at this restaurant.

JC, I've been really impressed by The Seeker series as everyday QPR wines (or accessible yet decent wines for public tastings), we do get them here for a bit less than $15.
