NV Charles de Cazanove Champagne Brut Premier Cru
50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay
Color: Wet straw yellow. Tiny, fast moving bubbles.
Nose: Yeast and apple.
Taste: Refreshing citrus notes with a bit of baked bread up front. Light toast and a touch of almond on the finish.
A nice, light and refreshing if not terribly complex champagne. Purchased in magnum from WTSO at a very fair price. Will most definitely buy more.
