Wine suggestion?

What do y'all think would be a good wine with Chicken and Dumplings? All I have on hand are Macon Lugny, Ansonica/Catarrato blend, and a Coteaux du Giennois. Should I get something else?

Brian, I'm traveling, checking in from an airport hotspot, so I can't easily look up the more obscure wines, but I'm thinking just about any Macon ought to be just fine with a simple, home-style chicken dish like this.
