I've never heard of bois noir. Does anyone know the extent of damage from it in Europe?

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency confirmed the presence of the Bois noir phytoplasma on October 20, 2006. This is of quarantine significance for Canada, but thankfully should not be an epidemic problem for the Okanagan.
