Another winner from Languedoc.

by Bob Parsons Alberta » Tue Feb 04, 2014 4:04 am

Just finished off my third and last bottle of the 2007 La Sauvageonne Coteaux du Languedoc Les Ruffes.

Quite delicious and a hint of rounded ripe black fruits on day 2.
Still has a big colour intensity, cherry, blackberry on the nose with meaty tones. Rich texture on entry and a long finish. Hint of sediment, integrated tannins, smooth, drinking at its best right now. Was under $20 Cdn.
