2008 Tobin James, Silver Reserve, Paso Robles, Cabernet Sauvignon (Alcohol level 14.8%). This was the first laydown of the year. It is the best wine we have had in a long, long time. It came in the Fall 2010 wine club shipment. We celebrated MLK Day with it and a brown & roasted beautiful rib eye steak, baked Yukon Golds, and a lovely salad.
Although TJ wines are supposed to be ready on receipt, this one was perfect thirteen plus years later. Yum.
