WTN: Es ist ein Ros entsprungen

NV Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Brut Rosé - France, Champagne (12/26/2013)
Several months ago this wine was all about primary fruit. Last night it showed much greater complexity, with fruit, herbs and a base of iron. What I once thought was a playful, refreshing wine became something almost majestic. A great transformation, and a delicious Rosé.
